Shipping & Handling

Jonah's Toy Box Kits - Kits are shipped via UPS Ground (generally 2-5 business days depending on location).  Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.

Gates and Crates - Shipping and handling is in addition to listed prices for gates and crates.  Gates and crates are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (generally 3-7 business days due to their size and weight).

Individual Items - Shipping and handling is in addition to listed prices for individual items and is calculated at check out.  Individually ordered items are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS and delivery times vary.  

Return Policy

At Jonah's Toy Box we carefully package all our kits to ensure they are safe during transit.  Any damaged shipments must be reported immediately to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Please keep all packaging as it will be requested by the carrier for proof of damage.

All shipping and handling charges are non refundable and return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer except in the case of damaged shipments.

Collars, Leads, Toys and Grooming Products - Unopened and unused products may be returned for store credit with authorization.  Please contact us ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or 704-689-3980) within 5 business days of receipt of the items for a return authorization.  No credit can be issued until the returned merchandise is received.  Shipping and handling charges for the return are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Crates and Gates - Crates and gates must be unused, in new resalable condition including all hardware and instructional components and in the original packaging.  Please contact us ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or 704-689-3980) within 5 business days of receipt of the items for a return authorization.  Due to their size and expense there is a 20% restocking fee on all crates and gates.  Crates and gates deemed to not fall within the above criteria will be returned with no credit at the customer's expense.

Customers are our number one priority at Jonah's Toy Box, LLC.  All information collected while visiting/shopping on our site is stored securely and is solely used by Jonah's Toy Box, LLC.  We will never share or sell your information with any other parties unless action is deemed necessary to comply with law enforcement.  We do use an outside company for credit card processing and shipping.  These companies do not store personally identifiable information unless you the customer requests your information be saved.  SSL and encryption are in use whenever it is necessary for customers to enter sensitive information.  

We may occasionally send out e-mails to registered users regarding new product announcements.  If you do not wish to receive these e-mails you may opt-out.
